What this site is.
Neptune Beach Pro Rodent Control handles rodent calls from Neptune Beach, Florida, and from five nearby places in Duval and St. Johns counties. Someone always answers, since rodents seem to make themselves known after midnight, not over lunch.
This site shows no founding date, awards or star scores, because none could be confirmed. Instead you get a plain outline of how a job proceeds.
One job, from the first ring to the final check.
- You report the noise, the sighting or the odor.
- You state your street, and the dispatcher offers the first open time.
- On site, the technician traces the trail, names the species and quotes each stage on its own.
- Devices, sealing, cleanup and carpentry are ordered so nothing gets paid for twice.
- A planned return empties the devices and tests every seal.
Where the area facts come from.
Area facts here are few: the oceanfront setting, the city's separate government after Jacksonville and Duval County merged in 1968, some local names and the one neighborhood page. They were drawn from an online encyclopedia plus our own research, and each comes with a step an owner or tenant can take. Health questions go to the CDC and EPA, whose pages the articles link. A tenant or owner can start with the home steps in each article.
How the five places were chosen.
The service map is built on ZIP codes. From a Neptune Beach starting point, we computed the direct-line mileage to every ZIP in our coverage list and kept anything near fifteen or closer. That left five places, running from Jacksonville Beach under two miles away to Ponte Vedra around thirteen and a half.
Survival required agreement between two sources, the coverage data and a ZIP geocoder, and any conflict removed the place. See the areas page for reading the results.
Describe it out loud to a human and save the search time.
(904) 675-6764What the written quote contains.
- The species the survey identified.
- Each gap located, paired with the material meant to shut it.
- Separate prices for devices, sealing, cleanup and repairs.
- Dates fixed for the return visits.
- Problems spotted that fall to other trades, like a dripping roof.
Approval happens line by line. Unneeded work stays off the quote, and nobody pressures you to take everything in order to begin.
How these pages were written.
The target reader is someone in a hallway holding a flashlight. Sentences stay short, gaps in our knowledge are admitted, and any question only the property can answer is handed to the phone.
Whatever about a place we could not verify was dropped. So street backstories, house ages and storefront lists are absent, and none of them would tell you whether a gap needs sealing.
Where a web page falls short.
Drywall hides things from any website. Treat these pages as a guide to the clues you hold, which a technician then checks in person. Expect no medical advice and no guaranteed result before a survey.
Certain faults belong to other trades, such as roof leaks, cracked drain lines and soft framing. An honest quote says so plainly.
Hours and response.
Staff pick up the phone at all hours, every day. If today holds an open slot you can claim it, and if not, you hear that right away.
Source pages for the checklist.
We keep our digests brief, while the original pages dig deeper.
- CDC prevention advice on hantavirus: Fill holes, keep food in closed containers and clear away anywhere an animal might nest.
- Rodenticide restrictions at the EPA: Which rodenticide products the EPA restricts, and the reasons given.
